Chan Hon Meng, 51, is a hawker in Chinatown who has been cooking for 35 years. On 21st July, his stall, Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Rice and Noodle received 1 Michelin star, making his $2 soy sauce chicken dish the cheapest Michelin-starred meal in the world.
